Anker launched the Nano Pro, a 20W charger, in October 2021 and wanted it all over TikTok at once: a hundred creators posting inside the same few weeks, each with their own take. The goal was reach that felt like a trend rather than a sponsorship, plus a pool of videos Anker could later run as ads.
What we ran
Casting for reach we could predict
Every creator was booked on the views they actually get, not on follower count. After launch we measured each video against that expectation, so going into the next wave we knew exactly who had delivered.
One brief, rewritten for US creators
We turned Anker’s product brief into a creator brief written for a US TikTok audience, shipped product to all 100 creators, and reviewed every draft against the brief and FTC disclosure rules before Anker saw it.
Built to become ads
Usage rights stayed separate from the creator deals, so Anker could see which videos performed before licensing any. Anker later asked for Spark Ads codes to boost the best posts from the creators’ own accounts, and for YouTube reposts of the strongest TikToks.
What came out
Four years later, 65 of the 100 videos are still up. They have 8.4 million views, 405,000 likes and 4.9% engagement. Twenty-four passed 100,000 views, and the biggest passed 2 million.
Anker came back for two more Nano Pro waves, 60 creators on the Anker 521 and 12 gaming creators, which puts more than 170 creators on a single charger.
Why it worked
A charger is hard to make interesting. A hundred creators each finding their own angle solves that. The typical video sits at 87,000 views, and the best ones went far past it.
